Physical Culture or "physi" is modern choreographed exercises that combine dance, ballet, yoga, pilates, hip hop and jazz to modern music eg. One Direction, Adele.
It is for girls and ladies from 3 years of age.
Physi promotes fitness, flexibility, co-ordination, posture, core strength, club spirit, confidence and good sportsmanship.
Each year the girls and ladies are taught a new syllabus of routines which are practised each week. Routines conclude with a hip hop/Jazz style dance for each age group, excluding the ladies sections.
Our club ethos is to promote a strong club spirit and to demonstrate good sportsmanship. "It is easy to be a good sport when winning, but never a more important lesson to demonstrate good sportsmanship within defeat"
